We are Coco Vixen & Louise Bibby, the hosts of the Just Breeze podcast.
Let us introduce each other to you.
Louise Bibby ~ As told by Coco Vixen
Let me tell you about an incredible person who you’ll want as your coach, friend, and biggest fan. Since I first met Louise in a new business mastermind group I have learned that she is passionate about life and has a never-give-up spirit. I have discovered her to be a fierce advocate for individuals to fight the constraints life has thrown their way, be they issues of health, finances, relationships or anything else, in order to forge their own path to success and happiness. Louise has fought her own battles with others’ preconceived notions of what life is like when you suffer from illness most people haven’t heard of and sometimes don’t believe really exists. To do that and come out smiling everyday takes fortitude, it takes a fundamental belief in the possibilities of life, and it takes waking up every day to re-choose to fight for a life worth living. The person I know stands for wellness and the power we each have to take charge of our own physical, mental, and emotional health and vitality.
As a coach, Louise utilizes her doctorate level background in psychology, numerous years of business and personal development training, and partners them with her compassion, her sportsman-like drive to to do the work, and her cunning insights to help clients craft individual paths to higher levels of success and greatness. I have seen her tackle issues of overwhelm, time management, startup chaos, writers block and more. I know Louise to stand strong for her clients conquering overwhelm rather than letting it get the best of them. She gently guides her clients so that they feel supported and guided as they stay in positive action to get out of their own way and live great lives as leaders, entrepreneurs, parents, spouses and, mostly, as healthy, happy, self-actualized individuals.
Collaborating with Louise on our Conversations teaching series and Just Breeze podcast has been a joy and an eye-opening experience. Louise grew up on a farm in a small Australian town compared to my big city upbringing in the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area in the US and I love seeing the differences reveal our different paths to similar life lessons. She wouldn’t claim to be wise, but I know that her ready sense of humor and bottomless quotes are just cover for the sage she has become, supporting us all and helping us find our way back to the simple light that is ours each to shine. That’s Louise Bibby according to Coco Vixen.
Coco Vixen ~ As told by Louise Bibby
Now let me tell you about my friend and colleague Coco as I see her. I don’t say this lightly when I say she has an Oprah-like presence. She has a fascinating mix of pragmatism and magnetism, joyful inspiration and centered wisdom. My first conversation with Coco had me wanting this energetic, fun, intelligent lady as my friend. More than that, I immediately wanted to find a way to work with her. The fact both of these things have come to fruition is something I will be ever grateful for.
On paper Coco and I have almost polar opposite upbringings – literally continents apart – yet we have ended up on a very similar path of self-discovery, healing and a continued yearning to be the best we can be. Our differences, along with our similarities, are what make our friendship and working relationship so rich, and something I treasure greatly.
One conversation with Coco leaves you simultaneously excited and enlivened by her genuine passion and enthusiasm for life, while at the same time, in awe of her incredible wisdom and knowledge. She has done the work to heal past wounds and develop herself so that she is now in a space to help others do the same. Having benefited from Coco’s coaching skills many times over the years, I know her to be a powerful, pragmatic coach who has a great ability to show compassion and empathy, while also giving straight feedback and guidance that leaves you feeling nurtured rather than being hit by a sledgehammer!
Coco creates a safe space for clients from all walks of life to show up with their stuff and be treated in a non-judgmental way. She takes a strong stand for her clients to discover and believe in their right to be whoever they truly are. She understands the frailty and fragility of the human condition, yet she is a living testament to the fact people can move beyond traumatic childhoods to become well-rounded, whole-hearted, self-actualized adults. She is a survivor, but what characterizes her approach to life, her coaching and her whole way of being is not someone in survival mode, but rather, a person who has taken the reins of her life and is steering a powerful, peaceful ship. She is not a victim of her past. She is a powerful, strong, generous-hearted “thriver” of life.
My friend and colleague Coco is not afraid to tell it how she sees it, but she does this in a measured, respectful way, while using her gift for creating a safe space of empathic listening. All of these things, and lots more I haven’t mentioned, are why I think she’s just an awesome human being who will enrich your lives as much as she has enriched mine.
